Walking in the midday sun through the City of Arts & Sciences wouldn’t usually be the ideal time of day to get interesting photos – no soft shadows or subtle contrasting light to add depth and atmosphere to the images, but this park is something different with brilliant white ceramic and  metallic  facades, giant  sweeping curves and shimmering expanses of turquoise water punctuated by dark pencil, thin cypress trees. The structures  stand out sharp and sparkling  making bold graphic  statements against a rich blue sky.  Stepping into the  large white, trellis covered garden we find a  oasis  of palm trees shaded under  a lattice  of   shadows cast by the curving cage-work above.
